On January 19, our staff arrived at the office to find a huge mess! A broken water pipe next door at the dry cleaners had flooded our office as well as their business. Our staff worked very hard under difficult circumstances not only to clean up the mess and protect valuable furnishings and equipment, but also to provide their usual superb service to our clients under damp and very noisy conditions while the carpeting dried out.

Linda and Bill Cleveland, the owners of ATS, were away on a cruise, but they wish to publicly thank their staff - what a great job they did while continuing to provide travel services to our clients! The mess now is limited mainly to wrinkled carpet and missing cove molding, but as soon as the insurance claim is processed, we will have new carpet, and the office will look as good as new.

Please be assured of our usual friendly and professional service during the cleanup.
